End User License Agreement

This agreement covers the software for IWGames games, including updates and downloadable content. It sits alongside our Terms & Conditions, which cover your account and how you use our online services. If the two conflict on the software licence, this agreement applies.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our games on devices you own or control, for your own non-commercial entertainment. We license the software to you; we do not sell it.

Unless the law allows it, you must not:

Copy or redistribute

Copy, sell, rent, lend or sublicense the software.

Modify

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble or create derivative works.

Circumvent

Remove copyright notices or bypass technical protections.

Automate

Use bots, cheats or unauthorised third-party tools with the games.

If you download a game from the Apple App Store or Google Play, you must also follow that store’s usage rules. Apple and Google are not parties to this agreement and are not responsible for the games or for support. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this agreement and may enforce it against you.

We may release updates that fix bugs, add features or change how the games work. Some updates may be needed to keep playing online. This agreement applies to every update unless the update comes with its own terms.

Our games include open-source and third-party components. They are licensed under their own terms, which are listed on the Legal notices page.

The software, artwork, audio, names and logos belong to Infinity Web Ltd. or our licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

The software is provided as is. EU consumers keep their statutory rights for digital content, including the right to have faulty content brought into conformity. Beyond those rights, we do not promise that the software will be error-free or run on every device.

This licence lasts until you or we end it. It ends automatically if you break this agreement. When it ends, you must stop using the software and delete it from your devices.

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country.
