02What the program covers
- Data protection
- GDPR compliance, data minimisation, records of processing and breach response within 72 hours.
- Fair play
- Anti-cheat monitoring, rating integrity and a clear appeals process.
- Player safety
- Chat moderation, reporting tools and age requirements for ranked play and chat.
- Consumer protection
- Clear pricing, no misleading offers, and EU consumer law for any purchases.
- Business conduct
- Anti-bribery, conflicts of interest and fair dealing with suppliers.
03Governance
The management board of Infinity Web Ltd. owns the program. A named compliance lead runs it day to day and reports to the board at least every quarter. Our data protection contact can be reached at privacy@infinityweb.io.
04Training
Everyone who works on IWGames completes data protection and conduct training when they join and every year after. Engineers and moderators get extra training on security and player safety.
05Suppliers
We choose hosting, analytics and other providers that meet our standards, sign data processing agreements with them and review them at least once a year.
06Raising a concern
Anyone, inside or outside the company, can report a suspected breach of law or of this program by emailing compliance@infinityweb.io. You can report anonymously. We acknowledge reports within 7 days and give feedback within 3 months, in line with the EU Whistleblower Directive.
We do not tolerate retaliation against anyone who raises a concern in good faith.
07Review
We review this program at least once a year and whenever the law or our games change in a way that affects it. The date at the top shows the last review.
