Terms & Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and Infinity Web Ltd., registered in Sofia, Bulgaria, which runs IWGames. They apply to the website at games.infinityweb.io and to every IWGames game on web, iOS and Android.

Some games or features may have extra rules, such as tournament rules. Where they do, we show them before you take part, and they form part of these terms.

You can play many modes as a guest. To keep a rating, play ranked or chat, you need an account. Give accurate details, keep your password to yourself and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

One account per person. You are responsible for everything that happens under your account.

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play our games for your own non-commercial use. The games, artwork, code and brand remain ours or our licensors’.

Streaming and recording gameplay is welcome, including monetised videos, as long as you do not suggest that we endorse you.

Keep matches fair and chat civil. You must not:

Cheat

Use bots, engines, analysis tools during live matches, or exploit bugs.

Manipulate ratings

Collude, throw matches, or share or trade accounts.

Abuse others

Harass, threaten or post hateful, sexual or illegal content.

Interfere

Disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer or scrape our services.

If you break these rules we may reset ratings, remove results, or suspend or close your account. We tell you why, and you can appeal by email.

You keep ownership of what you post, such as your username and chat messages. You give us permission to host and show it as needed to run the games. We may remove content that breaks these terms.

If a game offers paid items, the price and what you get are shown before you pay. Purchases in the iOS and Android apps are handled by Apple or Google under their terms, including refunds. Virtual items have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

EU consumers keep their statutory rights. For digital content delivered straight away, you agree that the 14-day withdrawal period ends once delivery starts.

We keep improving our games, so features, modes and seasons change. We aim to keep the service running, but we cannot promise it will always be available or free of errors, and we may pause it for maintenance.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for losses caused by events outside our control.

You can close your account at any time from Settings in the game. We may close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms, or that stay inactive for more than 24 months after we have warned you by email.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Bulgaria. If you live in the EU, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country and can bring claims in your local courts.

If we make material changes, we will tell you in the game or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you keep playing after that, the new terms apply.
